They Found Each Other …

… just as the universe planned.

The absolute best part of the wedding photographers job is documenting the love. Every couple is different but there is always that intangible feeling that these two people have found each other in this enormous world. Ali & Mike are no exception. They chose Borderland State Park in Easton, MA for their engagement shoot and we all had an amazing little adventure. We explored, we took some engagement portraits and we laughed, which is always the best part.

The engagement session should be fun and although the images are important, it is the time spent with your photographers that is paramount. Most wedding photographers don’t work with professional models or actors week in and week out, so it is super important that the session breaks the ice and the tension of having professional portraits taken. As the couple’s comfort level rises, their photographers have a better opportunity to create exceptional images with willing participants on the wedding day … and that is what it is all about.

We feel privileged to be invited to Ali & Mike’s July wedding in Easton, MA; and knowing how easy and fun it was to take their engagement portraits, we are eagerly anticipating photographing their wedding.
