Under the tree

… into the light.

When we first met Jamie she told us that she had been searching for wedding photographers when she came across our portfolio and was struck by an image that we captured of a bride and groom under a tree. Jamie’s fiance Josh had proposed under a tree on her parents property in Westmoreland, NH, so what better place to hold an engagement portrait session than under that very tree.

The environment is always an important part of any engagement session. Whether it is a sentimental place, such as the spot Jamie chose or someplace visually stimulating, the location sets the tone for the whole session. Then you add in some great light, a couple of photographers and it’s on!
