This blog post is dedicated to the engagement of Chris and Lyndsey. York Beach, ME was a great spot for the engagement session as it is a beautiful place, but also it has great meaning for these two. Awhile back on a visit to Nubble Lighthouse, Chris and Lyndsey found the initials “C+L” carved into a large boulder on the rocky shore. Coincidence? Probably, but either way you look, it’s a great story to tell the grand kids.
So what better place to document their engagement than the Nubble Lighthouse in York Beach, ME. And good thing we started the session with the initials, because when we came back for the sunset 3 hours later, “C+L” = Underwater at high tide.

All the way from Arizona, Ashley and I had the privilege of hosting Haley (Ash’s Sister) and her boyfriend Kris for a few days. They were in town for a wedding and they really didn’t want to sleep that much so they decided to stay on our pullout which comes equipped with two 9 month old cats, which are very busy in the wee hours of the morning. (ha ha, welcome to my life)
Unfortunately when family and friends live so far away you seem to never spend enough time with them. It was great to have them here, and they even allowed us a portrait session. After growing up with Ashley, Haley is very much used to the camera, and Kris, well, he’s getting used to it.
Thanks for the good times, see you in September!!!

Fitchburg, MA – Here’s a glimpse at Jessi & Kim’s wedding on June 20, 2009. It was a rainy day so we couldn’t use the outside too much, but there were some really interesting spots indoors. Fortunately the rain didn’t bum any one out and Kim & Jessi were up for anything… including jumping into the photo booth for a few. Congrats to the bride and groom!
