A professional wedding album is the absolute best way to preserve your wedding day images. Technology will inevitably change, so having a well preserved hard-copy will assure that your memories will stand the test of time. We use one of the best album companies in the industry: Finao One.

This album is completely handcrafted with archival materials and tons of cover options to make it completely your own. The pages lay flat with a nondescript crease down the center where the two pages meet creating a large panoramic print.  The print is then mounted on an archival matte and hand bound using non-destructive measures to assure your album will last generations.

After you choose your favorite images, we personally design your album and send you a proof to make changes. Nothing is ever printed until you absolutely love it.

When each image is clicked open you will find the album size and materials that were used for the cover in the caption.

••  { If you are ready to start putting your wedding album together, we recommend following these steps to assure we create the perfect album for you } ••

••  { ONE } •• Choose the Orientation

••  { TWO } •• Choose the Size We offer 7 different size albums within four price points {small, medium, large and extra large}. Each size comes with a certain amount of images included, but you can add as many as you want.

Small - 40 Images 8×10 $ 900  
Medium - 50 Images 10×10 or 9×12 $1400
Large - 60 Images 12×12 or 11×14 $1600
Ex Large - 90 Images 14×14 or 12×18 $2200

••  { THREE } •• Choose Your Cover Our albums come with one fabric choice and embossing in the bottom right corner. We also offer a large variety of cover upgrade options. All upgrades are one price to make it easy to choose how to personalize your album.

••  { THREE } •• Order your Album  You can build and order your album right through your gallery. If your collection included an album or ordering now, you will follow the same process. The only difference  is that if your album is pre-paid you will choose the  { PAY BY CHECK } option.  If there are cover upgrades or extra image fees we will adjust the amount and send you an updated invoice via email. Here are some basic instructions:

  1. If you haven’t already done so, login to your client gallery account.
  2. Find your gallery and click open any image.
  3. On the right side of the image you will find our list of products. Click open CUSTOM ALBUMS.
  4. Choose your desired size and click { more info/ add to cart }
  5. Choose your orientation and cover options. Then click { Add to Cart }

••  { FOUR } •• Choose Your Images  Choosing your images can be an overwhelming process. If you haven’t done so make sure you are logged into your account in the proofing gallery. This is to assure the images you choose will stay in your cart so you can work on it over a period of time. If you still find it too overwhelming we are more then happy to put together a pre-design using images we feel tell your story. You can then make changes and add or remove images. Just let us know.
Each album size comes with a designated amount of images that are included. You are in no way limited to that amount. Each additional images is $15, which covers the extra design and editing time as well as the additional pages that may accrue.

  1. Now that you have added the album to your cart you will now see a { Add to Album } button above each image.
  2. As you scroll through your images use the button to add your favorites to your album.
  3. You can edit your album by clicking on it under MY PRODUCTS location on the right when an image is open.
  4. Do not add your Upgrade Cover Images to the album. Instead copy the image number/s { located under each image } into the notes area during the check out process.
  5. Once you have chosen all the images, proceed to checkout. Even if the album was included in your collection, pre-paid or have arranged a payment plan.
  6. Fill out your information & shipping { we highly recommend picking it up from our studio } This will also determine on which sales tax will be charged if you are purchasing the album at this time. Then click continue.
  7. In SPECIAL NOTES section include your cover image numbers and any notes about design styles, colors, or what you like from sample albums you have seen.
  8. If you have yet to purchase your album please continue on to CLICK TO PAY. Otherwise your album is considered ordered and we will be in touch in a few weeks with your first design.

 { Tips For picking out the best images }

  1. It’s  best to choose images that not only include your most important people but also tells the story of your day.
  2. Find a balance between candid moments, portraits and details.
  3. Multiple images will create each page so include images that work  together into these groups { Bride getting ready, Groom getting ready, Ceremony, Portraits, and Reception }
  4. If you like the layered design style we recommend adding one or two detail images within each group. { Bouquet, Shoes, Dress Detailing, wide shots of the Church or Reception Venue, Rings, Cake or Silhouettes make great background images. }

Each size album comes with a minimum amount of images to be included. You are in no way limited to that amount. Each additional images has a $15 to cover the extra design and editing time as well as the additional pages that may accrue.

••  { FIVE } •• Proof your design Your first proof may take several weeks especially during peek wedding  season {May-Dec}. I personally design each one in the order it was received . Once the initial design is completed I will send you a proof for you to look over and suggest any changes. We continue this until you absolutely love the layout at which point we will spend a substantial amount of time retouching each image until it is perfect.

••  { SIX } •• Off to Finao  Preparing the pages to be sent to the lab can take some time. Please allow 6-9 weeks for your album to be created. We will contact you the day it arrives at our door.

••  { SEVEN } •• Pick up your Album Because professional albums are considered a unique piece of art, most postal carriers will not insure the cost to replace the album if damaged in shipping. Because of this policy we recommend arranging to pick you your album at our studio. We know that this is not always possible and we can provide you with the best shipping options we can.
