Untitled Documentfrequently asked questions | What is the best way to view my images? There are three ways to view your images. First you can roll over each image to see a larger preview, 2nd you can use the PHOTO WALL which is at the top of the page, and 3rd you can click to open the image. (This is also how you order.)
How do I save my favorite images?We recommend registering for an account and starting a FAVORITES FOLDER to save your favorites. Click open the image and use the [+] button located directly below it. You will be able to access this any time you log in to your account and you can create as many different lightboxes you need across multiple galleries.

Will my cart be saved if I navigate away from the shop?No, for security reasons your order will not be saved or submitted until you have completed the entire ordering process.
How long will my gallery stay online?Wedding galleries are up until the Bride and Groom's first anniversary. Family galleries are guaranteed for two weeks and can be extended with the purchases of $50 with the exception of Family Membership and Baby Steps Plan which is a year from the start of their membership. There is an un-archiving fee to reinstate expired galleries.
How do I order prints and products?To order prints, click open the image and scroll down. You will find a series of drop down menus to customize your order.
For our photo products (cards/books/etc.) and albums you will find them on the main navigation menu on the left. Once you purchase your product please create a lightbox with the images you would like to use for that product. We will contact you regarding the design and you will always be sent a proof for approval before the submit it to our lab.
Can I use these images on my blog, facebook or personal project?I'm happy you love the photos, we work very hard to create them. It makes it difficult to keep creating beautiful images for others when we are not fairly compensated for their use. Feel free to share the link to the gallery but please do not copy/print/post/blog these images without our consent, that is copyright infringement. Please support the art so we can continue to create it.
Can I buy the digital files and what rights does it give me?Digital files can be purchased individually or as a entire session. We provide you with both a print (up to 8x12in) and web sized version to share threw email and social networking sites.
You are given personal reproduction rights meaning you take take the file to any lab to have it printed any time you like. The copyright still remains with the studio and you will be leasing it from us as long as the terms are kept.
What you cannot do with them: You may not sell the images or claim ownership of the images. It also means you do not have permission to sell prints through an online lab like shutterfly or snapfish. You cannot upload your images to have your family and friends purchases prints from these sites, it will violate your terms and is illegal. We are happy to provide your family with the option of purchasing their own prints, products or digital files. Please support the art so we can continue to create it. View our copyright policy.
Do you provide retouching?Basic retouching such as turning the image black and white, removing small blimishes are provided at no additional charge. With the image open please use the drop down menu TONE OPTIONS and select SPECIAL REQUEST or create and email us a lightbox outlining your requests. Retouching is done only on purchased images.
More complicated retouching such as removing or adding anything will require and additional fee.
Having trouble viewing your images?There are a couple of factors that can contribute to the photos not loading. The first is your flash player my be outdated. There is a buttons located on the left side of the page called HOVER VIEW and FLASH VIEW turning these off will help view your photos. Please contact us for any further assistance.
